"Animals should never be used for shark baiting. As an animal lover I have always gotten mine from local human societies. I was never allowed an inside animal due to health reasons of other members of my family. Yet when I wanted an animal for my own it was my children who brought them to my door. I have loved each and everyone of them and could never imagine the images I have seen on website from France, Orlando and other local areas who oppose the mistreatment of animals."
"I am such a conservationist that when I hear about a roseate spoonbill which has been shot and killed I am infuriated. To kill a beautiful bird who is on the endangered species list and killed for no good reason infuriates me. Lot of good it does but with blogging I hope to show students why everyone has wanted to be that bird flying in the sky at one time or another. To eat shark fin soup descimate our coastal waters for culture when our children of children might need the catch to survive best be proactive as we have seen from history. To clip wings is unconscionable. To put a dog on a big fish hook threw the nose was horrifying. So I can connect to animal lovers I thought that I should explain my position on this issue."
